At our salon, we are dedicated to providing the best possible service to every client who walks through our doors. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we have a few simple policies in place. These aren't rules, just helpful guidelines to help make sure your time with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, simply give us a call or send us a message to let us know.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t notify us, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more information.

TARDINESS
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a smooth experience for both our staff and other clients at The Barberie & Salon. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
If you’re running late, please give us a call to let us know. This helps us minimize any disruption and keep things running smoothly for everyone. We appreciate your understanding!
